Understanding Exclusive vs. Non Exclusive Representation
At The BANY Agency, we are proud to represent a diverse range of talent across fashion, acting, commercial, and print projects. To ensure that every talent understands their commitment level and responsibilities, here is a quick guide explaining the difference between Exclusive and Non-Exclusive talent agreements with us:

EXCLUSIVE TALENT
-
You are represented solely by The BANY Agency for the duration of your agreement.
-
All professional bookings (fashion, acting, commercial, print, and related work) must go through The BANY Agency.
-
You may not seek or accept representation from other agencies or managers for the scope of work covered by this agreement.
-
Our Exclusive Talent receive priority for high-profile and long-term projects with our clients.
-
Expectations are higher regarding availability and professionalism. Once you accept an assignment, you are expected to follow through fully, no exceptions.
-
Missing an accepted assignment without verified emergency will result in immediate removal from the Agency.

NON-EXCLUSIVE TALENT
-
You are free to work with other agencies or pursue opportunities on your own.
-
The BANY Agency may offer you select projects, and you may accept or decline each one.
-
If you choose to accept an assignment through The BANY Agency, you are expected to complete it fully and professionally, no exceptions.
-
Missing an accepted assignment (without verified emergency) will also result in immediate removal from our roster.
-
Non-Exclusive Talent are considered for select projects but may not receive the same priority or volume of opportunities as Exclusive Talent.

Important Reminder for All Talent

Regardless of your agreement type: You may always decline an assignment before accepting no harm, no foul.
However, once you say “yes” to an assignment, you are making a professional commitment to that project and our client. Failing to follow through damages not only your reputation, but the Agency’s standing with valued clients. Because of the nature of the clients we work with, there is a zero-tolerance policy for missed assignments once accepted. We trust our talent to uphold this professional standard.

If you have any questions about which agreement is right for you or what each entails, we are happy to discuss further. Our goal is to help you succeed and to maintain the highest level of professionalism in everything we do.

Thank you for your understanding and your commitment to excellence. We look forward to a great partnership!
